Hi Listers
Hope all well
I am currently reassembling my window frames and installing back into door carcass (body), im missing the following fixings and can anyone tell me the size and length of each fixing please :
1. 4 bolts that secure the window frame to the door carcass (per side)
2, Three tiny bolts that secure the interior door release handle to the window frame
3. The 3 or 4 mushroom head bolts that secure the window motor to the bottom rail of the window frame
Sketch’s or sizes of the bolts appreciated
Thanks in advance for help

1/4" UNF. From memory, the length will vary depending on the position of the bolt and how many penny washers you need to pack out the frame to obtain a good fit at the top of the frame to door seal. Also you need to be very careful that the bolts and screws used to secure the frame and interior door catch do not contact the glass. I have a number of scratched door glass because to long a screw or bolt was used.
2, Three tiny bolts that secure the interior door release handle to the window frame
These are posi drive self tappers with a dome head of the appropriate size.
3. The 3 or 4 mushroom head bolts that secure the window motor to the bottom rail of the window frame.
Only 3 are used, I would think they are 1/4" UNF again, will check.
