Firewall grommet

Although my firewall is fairly original, it has always had a wrong grommet on the speedo cable.

This is what one the vendors sent me - it’s a lot bigger than the hole, in fact it’s the same as the water temp grommet.

Hopefully someone has a photo, or can point me at
the correct solution here. I know it’s a relatively trivial, but I have a new cable and would like to make it right.

Not really sure about the cable routing, either (rhd)
