Help Centre Console

Hi,
I bought a Matty Centre ABS centre console whilst fitting a 5 speed box to my Elan as I didnt want to mess with the original. The Matty one is reasonably "OK", apart from the top arm rest which is terrible, uses a horrible vinyl.

So does anyone have an original centre console arm rest, preferably the curved one, which they wish to sell, for a no doubt, enormous amout of coin?.

I would be interested to know more about the vinyl quality of the armrest you have as my sprint has had a replacement and I am keen to change it to a more original one - sorry if this hijacks your thread

did you pick the Matty one particularly or also look at others from the usual suppliers?
