Plus 2 holes should be where?

Hi There
My project +2 is an ex race car, so it has lots of holes cut into the bodywork which in all probability were useful at the time.
I want to fill any holes that should not be there, especially in the passenger compartment. There is a big one in the boot for access to the handbrake tree. There is also one in the transmission tunnel for the prop shaft grease nipple.
Does anyone know which holes are standard? I know about the ones for the steering column and heater hoses. Then there is things like choke cables and wiring. Is there a map of such things?
Many thanks in advance!

Zetec+ 2 under const, also 130S. And another 130S for complete restoration. Previously Racing green +2s with green tints. Yellow +2 and a couple of others, all missed. Great to be back 04/11/2021 although its all starting to get a bit out of control.

Maybe best to find a standard +2 locally and have a close look at it. If you want to get away from all the trucks taking over your part of the world and have a few quiet days in the sun, you are welcome down here where you can pore over mine while I have the carpets out...

The one in the transmission tunnel for grease nipple, is standard and there is a rubber cap available for it.

The big one in the boot is not standard.
I am not home at the moment, but should be by midday, so I will upload photos of my 1968 +2.

Very nice Trevor.
Quick adder note that the choke cable hole does not move for the Federal LHD model. It curls around behind the dash to the left (driver’s) side of the car. I am wondering in my case if it is worth a dash removal to correct my car; I ran my choke cable across the firewall, which frankly looks terrible and doesn’t work very well.
Assuming the OP has a RHD model anyway. All the best with the restoration.
Trevor, do you have a measurement available of the tunnel cutout diameter to hand? I want to add an access hole to the forward boot bulkhead to fix/adjust my handbrake. Ray at RD has two rubber plugs available and not sure which would be more suitable and what size is best for the cutout.
Is the hole at the boot bottom stock? Not sure I have that on my ‘69 Federal. Maybe added by a PO?

Hi Stu.
The Tunnel hole diameter is 88mm / 3.46". So it is the large grommet plug sold by Ray at RD (3 1/4" - 3 1/2" Dia.)

Now that is a question to re focus my aging mind
After doing some boot glass cloth corrections repairs, I recall I added the hole for access reasons. Now to access what, I need to re establish.
So tomorrow morning (UK) I will lift the car to view it and confirm what it is for.

Stu.
Looking at my chassis assembly photos, I recalled that the additional boot hole was to access the bolt for the handbrake Swivel Tee. Confirmed by looking at my car.
The attached photos hopefully illustrate the positioning.
Note the other hollow arrow, in the photo below, is for a previous question re the bobbin earthing point.

Hi Guys
Thank you all for taking the time to reply and for the pictures. I shall start filling holes!
I do have a friend with a very original late 5 speed +2, I shall pop over and get some pointers from that also.
All the best
Berni

Hi Berni,
You're also welcome to come and look at my +2S bodyshell, I've filled in some of the holes for the Zetec conversion but they are still very visible.
Cheers
Mike

Thanks for the pictures TeeJay. The rear strut grommet looks perfect for the handbrake tree access hole.
