Plus 2 door arm rest fixtures

Hi,
Can anyone enlighten me as to how the door arm rest/pull is fitted? There are two screw or bolts that screw into the door. The parts manual shows part ‘050B6004 nut arm rest to door’. Is this a special nut or just a generic self tapping screw U nut?

Mine were just normal metal u shaped spire clips
