Nice work. The coat hooks are a future project of mine that's simmering on the back burner. If you can't find the badges, print them to size, in hi resolution, on photo paper. Then cut them out and apply a thick coat of polyurethane or epoxy before gluing them into the recesses.

I bought a pair of lapel badges to convert (remove pin) from SJ Sportscars to make up a couple, I will post a pic with measurements tomorrow. I actually purchased a pair of coat hooks in the end, from ebay, from a guy who had restored a plus 2 and had some extras made. They were expemsive but nicely made. The lapel badges look identical to the originals.

The lapel badge seems to be a good replacement. Here is one next to an original coat hook.
I purchased from SJs https://www.sjsportscars.com/parts-and- ... R00451.htm
Although it appears to have increased in price by 100%
Best regards
Mark

That's pretty pricy, with postage on top of that, but they do look perfect. Hard to beat that approach.

Hi There
Here are a couple of pictures I made also using the small pin badges.
I made them from stainless steel which I then polished. I didn't cut the pin off the badge but drilled a hole down the centre of body this way they could be a bit more securely attached.
