Electric window lifts

I'm restoring a '72 +2 S/130 and need to replace the nylon capstan that sits at the end of the lift arm.. Neither of mine roll freely after cleaning and lubricating and are slightly out of round Any suggestions where I can find some, or is this somethin that I need to have fabricated?

Thank you for the suggestion and the part number. I contacted SJ Sports Cars, and while they showed the part on their site, it's no longer available. Guess I'm back to having the fabricated.

Anyone know how to fit them? The spindle end is peened over in my car and I suspect it's not easy to replace.
