What do you want to adjust? Sag or fit?
If the doors are sagging like mine the hinges need to come out for new bushes. Otherwise you can loosen the hinge bolts and move the door up/down/left/right as viewed from the side of the car. If you need to bring the shutline on the leading edge level with the wing you have to add / remove spacers where the bolts go through. If you need to adjust the trailing edge shutline I think the striker has to be adjusted.
That's all I know. Not yet summoned the courage to do mine!

Vitually no flop in teh passenger door hinges.
After faffing about with jacks and things I used plastic building shims to set the gap (+ a bit).
Tightened it up and its a good as I'm going to get. I'd like to move it a tadge further back but run the risk of the lock hitting. Similar raising it would result in the window surround fouling the roof.
This is it with the latch removed. It will have to do!
