I've been painting my roof (with considerable help from Grizzy) and have come to teh polishing bit.
Before that what colour should be inside the vent space? Normal Satin Black? Green and Red in case of flood?

my experience in all the Plus2's I've found it is the body color, not a blackout job.

When I did mine back in the late eighties, the roof had never been painted, the metal flake was still in the gel coat, & that was what was behind the vents. No black, matt, satin or otherwise

Roof colour is the norm but prefer matt black.

Thanks for the replies .
I've gone with Satin Black. The surface inside the vent is a bit rough and was visible with shiny silver.
(Also I had a can.)
