S4 outer door handle position?

Can anyone help me locate the correct mounting position for the door outer handles on my S4?
I have converted S3 doors and glassed up the original handle holes, I now need to cut new holes but need to get measurements as to where they should be and the correct shape!
A template would be superb if anyone could supply such a thing?
