Elan Bonnet Catch Plate

Seems that I am missing the bonnet catch plates on my S4. These are the two small clips that go onto the hood itself that catches the latches. Part number 036B0033. Doesn't seem than anyone carries them so I am relegated to make them myself. I am told that all they are is a small U channel of sorts. Does anyone have a picture of one and perhaps give me the size? If you are after a pair of catches as per the attached photo then I have 2 going begging.

I bought them by mistake a few years back
