That's really nice. I've been toying with colour schemes for my forthcoming build. So far I've settled on a cherry exterior with a Cornish vanilla ice cream interior. I wanted anything out of the ordinary. Something cheerful and in the spirit of "making people smile" which is a large part of what these cars mean to me.

You colour scheme is fabulous.

My S4 goes to the body man in a few days, although it's the last thing to do the first thing i thought about was the colour. Firstly Exige Chrome Orange, then Sick Beetle Yellow, then Ford Sierra luminous green/yellow, but at the moment it's Brilliant Audi Red. (coward!)

Drophead S4, black hood, black wheels, silver bumpers. alloy spinners ....white stripes?

Coupes look better with stripes and/or learey(?) colours I think.

There's still time to change my mind!

Orange is cool
I have an Orange Elan (Sprint )and I love it. The colour gives it a real 70s flavour and everyone recognises it.
I remember a show with 12 Red DHC Elans and my Orange FHC. Guess which everyone was talking about.

The Lotus ones I bought 2nd hand as my Plus 2 was not an S both these and the TR6 were done by Roy Dowd (ACT in Blackpool) The MG ones were new from the MG Owners Club. Roy used to work many years ago for TVR he has a small lock up nr TVR and has done Ferraris Porsches etc he is without doubt one of the best out there and very reasonable price wise.

He is a one man band so for big jobs needs at least a months notice. Well known round here especially BMW main agents for fitting things like new Z3 hoods etc. I am in no way connected with him but felt I would like to show some of you his work in case you ever need any interior work doing.
