overtaking mirror

I need an overtaking mirror on my +2 but don't want to fix it thru the G.R.P. I know you can get ones that clamp to the window but does any one know if they stop the glass going up and down?

I would have thought you could get them to clammp onto the widow frame forward of the quarter light. In this position the window movement would not be effected.

You just need to make sure to get the right kind. The ones which clamp inside the window frame are thin enough to clear the glass, and have a soft padding to avoid scratching it. I have one and it works great.

Hi, You want to be looking for an original 'Stadium' clip on mirror. It will clip neatly to the window frame, without damage and the glass is unaffected. It will glide up n down with ease...

They are becoming scarce. Expect to pay around ?25...
