Been hanging my head over one for a couple of years. I have an original classic (Merc 280SL pagoda) and so know how emotional "change" can be for some people over cars they love. If you're interested, there's an outfit in Germany ( http://www.mechatronik.de ) who are what Spyder is to the +2 using the inside of a V6 SLK... It's stunning although I do like my original...
Anyhooo... I'd be interested to know of your thoughts of Spyder to work with, their products, any experiences of the cars etc etc
Anyone have any idea how many +2s were made in 1967 and a thought on how I might get hold of one? Reason I ask... wife was born in 1967, although is 34, obviously...
Thanks v much
