Could elan rear calipers be the same as Roll Royce ones?

Hi,
Just been reading this months practical performance car. One of the ongoing articles is on a project to make an old roller into a race car..
What interested me was a picture of the rear calipers, they look just like the ones on my +2, including the handbrake..
Anyone know whether they are?
Cheers
Tim

Not sure if they are the same, I would think they might be a bit small given the weight of the RR. I know some of the old Aston Martins had a similar set up to the +2 but not exactly the same. The brakes are from Girling so I guess they had similar solutions for their clients including RR, Aston and Lotus.
