I used these guys

Ordered the apptoximate sizes that I needed and then cut to exact size with a sharp carving knife, where build up is needed layers of foam can be stuck together and then trimmed. Tidying up and rounding off can be done with an angle grinder and sanding disc - best to do this outside as it is messy!
I also added a layer of Dacron fibre to give additional padding and protection to the foam - this is readily available from:
