I thought there might be more than one method!
Don't be surprised if in a couple of weeks time, I'm back
... asking how to get the damn thing back down again !!!

When you do get it up don't leave the rear suspension at full droop for an extended period. The local "repair" shop left my Sprint up on a trolley jack for about 3 weeks before I discovered what they'd done and got it back down on the ground. Both rear wheel bearings failed within a 1000 miles of each other and both failures were premature and different mileages.
I suspect they had severe loadings on them when the suspension was fully down for an extended period of time.
