S4 DHC - Inertia Reel Seat Belts?

Thanks for the reply.
May be I should cut the bracket down so it is only say 2 inches between the holes instead of about 4 and see what happens.

Hi Rob

I thought about cutting down the extension but decided against it for various reasons.

Just went out to the car and took a few photos to show you the arrangement as is in my S4. As you can see the drivers side is 'hidden' but works fine for me. The passenger seat is further back to accommodate my Grandson's safety seat and is more accessible but the seat would be too far back for me to drive in this position.

Before taking a saw to the extensions it might be worth trying - the seat does 'resist' a little when being refitted but should fit fine - I had my seats restored and even with new paddings and covers still works well.
