Hardtop for S3

I have been offered a hardtop for an S3. Will this fit an S4? I think I have understood that S1/2 hardtops are not compatible with S3/4 cars. Who might have been the source of an S3 hardtop? I have heard of Lenham but I don't know who else produced such things. I am looking for an Elan FHC but there seem to be a lot more DHCs available. Availability of a hardtop would increase the range of cars that would suit my needs substantially. Any advice appreciated. TIA.
