Searching for Lotus Letters for trunk

Hello!
I'm Sven from Germany and I bought a 1968 Lotus Elan +2 from Denmark. Unfortunately, the Lotus lettering on the boot lid is missing. Except for 3D prints made of plastic, I couldn't find anything on the internet. Do any of you experts know where I can find the original metal letters?
