Elan Sun visors

Hi,
The foam in my sun-visors has started to disintegrate so I have started to look for replacements. Not wanting to splash out around £300 for a replacement pair, I was wondering if 3D printing was an alternative? A Lotus owing friend of mine who has experience of getting Lotus parts 3D printed is getting a quote for them. Would anybody else be interested if they can be made for an 'affordable' price?

(p.s. the same person is also getting prices to reproduce Elan window frames!)

You could try Martrim https://www.martrim.co.uk/. They used to be able to seam weld plastic. I believe they have repaired sunvisors in the past.

Carl,
Yes I am interested, my car came without visors, and it was sometime before I realised that it should have them.
