body removal

Hi guys is it possible to remove the body from a +2 with the engine in place.

+1 and remove Carbs and Carb Studs before

If you’re going to do work on the engine, you could remove the cylinder head before removing the body - much easier to remove the carbs after the head’s off.

15 minutes to remove Carbs with 1/4" drive socket and extension for bottom Nuts.

As above, carbs off - easily done and working on the rest of the car sans body is about as close to delightful as you get with a Lotus.
