USA help on matching red oxide primer

Good morning - my '69 Elan has it's factory red oxide primer on the frame still and I'd like to touch it up prior to getting the engine installed again.
I did search first before asking this, but wondering if anyone else a matching color red rattle can red oxide in the US?
If not - maybe using something like this from Eastwood?

Thanks, and hope everyone is well and staying safe.

I have a 66 Elan that I have been working on for awhile. I am using the product from Eastwood that you reference.
Rust Encapsulator Red Oxide. I am very happy with the color match to my original chassis. The finish may be a little bit more matte than the chassis, not much, but that is not an issue for me.
Also, the guys from Classic Motorsports restored an S1 Elan that they took to Amelia Island. They used the Eastwood product to paint their chassis.
