I plan to order An S1 windscreen from GB. It is the same price to ship 4. Anyone interested in one? They are Pilkington screens and can be had clear or tinted. They will be delivered to Green Bay WI so depending on where you live the shipping cost in the US might be a bit of money.

I did a post on this subject not so long ago...
The Pilkington screens are really poorly dimensioned. This has wasted a lot of time and I would not recommend this course of action.
I have a new one that I will be returning to the retailer.
I understand that TTR are testing a much better fitting screen at present.

I don't think you can lambaste "Pilkington screens" altogether. I did get an S4 one recently and it was spot on. So, maybe this is a problem with the S1/S2 screens or perhaps a later model one was supplied incorrectly. If Pilkington, the owner of the Triplex brand - the OEM Lotus supplier, can't get this right that's clearly a problem. Were the original S1/S2 screens Triplex? The S4 was originally Triplex.

I'm pretty cross with the Pilkington screen as it has major sizing problems. It was supplied by a well known retailer in Suffolk.

Just trying to warn you folks. My screen frame is an original S1 type (single hole).
