Hood frame joining studs

Hi Steven,
I doubt that you will be able to buy these rivets, but maybe.
I have a similar hood frame with two missing rivets where it folds. I admit that they have a screw and nut in there just now.
I will repair it correctly some day, but the frame will have to come off to do it.
If you find a soft iron nail the correct diameter, then one end is already roughly shaped. When cut to the correct length the other end can be peined over into a rivet head using a small ball pein hammer on some sort of anvil, maybe the top of a vice. A small hammer is necessary to keep the distortion of the iron localised and under control.
That is the way I intend to do it.
Best of luck
