Fitting Plus 2 roof rails

I’m about to fit the roof rails to my recently repainted car, apart from a bit of sealant in the screw holes, should there be any sealant between the rails and the body?

Just to clarify - these are the roof rail / gutters (not the headling rails). I don't believe you would put sealant under them (at least I didn't). I also put sealant in the screw holes (my headlining was out so was able to do it afterwards).

Yes, gutters. I assumed no sealant but thought I would check.

Just be sure correct dia pilot holes for the self tapping screws. Correct size Screwdriver and be very careful.
