1972 Elan Sprint UK. Bonnet release handle

,Hi David,
Firstly my car is a Series 3 so there may be a difference.
That handle does not look right. The type I am thinking of does not have the raised area where the lettering is, is much more curved and 56 mm wide. They are usually considered unobtainable, although I found one on ebay recently.
They were originally sourced from a Rover car.
The type you have may be easier to find.
Best of luck,

If I remember correctly, the bonnet release on a series 1 Elise is similar, but I don?t think there is anything written on the handle. You are welcome to my old one if I can find it.
Hope this helps,
