+2 body removal check list

PostPost by: mfcole01 » Fri Jun 29, 2018 2:36 pm

Hello members,

I've just purchased a 1970 +2 and I'd like to attempt to remove the body from the chassis. I have the factory workshop manual and the Gordon Lund restoration guide and I've been through the archives. However, I haven't come across a step-by-step method of procedure. Does one exist and, if so, where might I find it?

Any advice, and I'm gonna need a lot of it, gratefully accepted.

Cheers,

Mike

Hi Mike,

Spyder used to supply a check list for a chassis change when I bought one of their chassis back in the '80s.
If you'd like it I can send a scanned copy by PM.

Cheers,
Ron
