Door Hinges

The driver doors of my S3 has play. I checked the domed plastic screws and they are OK. They have probably been reclaced by the previous owner. But the cup bobbins are worn out. How can I change them? It looks as they are casted in the polyester of the body.

Does someone has any advice?
