Does anyone happen to know the inside diameter of Elan S4/Sprint fresh air vent hose pipe?

According to Brian Buckland's book the demister pipe is 1 1/2" dia, the fresh air vent pipe is 1" dia and the holes in the heater casing for the vent elbows are 1 1/4" dia

That's strange. I've just measured my nozzles (not installed in the car) and they are definitely 1 1/4" outside diameter. Is this what we're talking about? ;-)

Slight parallax error in this photo. Camera too close!

I don't know what the diameter of the elbow at the heater end is, but would hope that it's also 1 1/4" O/D, so that the hose would slip over it.

You guys were both right... 1 1/4" ID is 1 1/2" OD :D (in 2013.....)

Few of the vendors specify if they are talking ID or OD....

Mine came in the box of parts that accompanied the car when I purchased it. :-) I fitted them but am pretty sure that there was a third. I can check if you're interested. It will definitely be grubby. They come up on eBay once in a while.
