Engine bay body colour strip

No idea if there is a "correct" dimension for this but on mine it's around 40mm - the same depth as the fibreglass lip at the front of the bonnet aperture. Any wider than that and it would be below the cut-outs in the inner wings which I don't think would look right.

2 inches(50mm), or the distance at the back down to the firewall lip between the bonnet catches, the same lip where the triangular shaped cross-section foam piece sits.
