Can anybody tell me the source (orignial car) of the seat runners within the S3. Could they be Triumph Herald?

Do you mean the little bits of angle bolted through the carpet?
If you do, I suspect they were fabricated for the job - don't think they are Herald bits.
Susan Miller stocks them if you need some (01728 603307)
