+2 vent system mods. - correct?

As posted previously, I would like to modify the OEM +2 fuel tank vent system. I would appreciate all input and corrections to my proposal.
I plan on having an alloy fuel tank made modified as follows:
The right side fuel vent replaced with the Mocal / Think Auto TRV67 breather vent valve. Apparently this valve will remain closed until a pre determined positive or negative pressure opens the valve. Furthermore, it will stop liquid fuel from splash or roll over. I understand the valve utilizes two balls, one light plastic and one metal, to accomplish these two functions. It seems like magic!
The left side vent would be connected to a port on the filler neck. As the cap is unvented this would be a direct connection without a valve. This vent would allow the tank to be filled rapidly. Welll, faster that relying upon the original tank vents.
I need to replace my filler cap. Does anyone know where to get them? Can a new Aston or Monza cap and filler neck be substituted?
Again, I would most appreciate and comment and experiences with the Mocal breather vents.
thank you.

I have modified my original design. The tank would require both left side and right side vents with breather valves. If the fuel is pushed to one side of the tank as when cornering a single vent system would then be closed as the valve closes as it is flooded with fuel.
The vent to the filler neck would have to be run before the left side valve and to the filler neck.
