Chassis repair

I need to replace the front suspension mounting rods on my Elan chassis. I need to replace both the lower & upper ones ( in the turrets & the xmember) Has anyone experience of doing this repair? If so could you please give me your advice on the proceedure involed in making this repair.

Section A5 of the Elan workshop manual gives a procedure for eplacemnt of the lower pins. I presume the upper pins can be replaced with a similar procedure.

Thanks for the reply. You are right it is in the manual, I guess I didn't look closely enough at it.
