Big Valve Complete Engine in Los Angeles

Hi,
I have a friend in Burbank, California, who has a complete Big Valve Stromberg carb engine for sale. He needs space to work on his Elite rebody.
Engine is complete and was rebuilt by Tom Rice (now retired) but it has been sitting. My pal, Larry, is asking $6500. I have a photo. If you PM your email, I will send pic.
I am into earlier Elans with Webers or I would have bought it already.

SU's ? Never used on any Twincam engine from the factory. Presume you mean Strombergs, being over the pond ?
