Lotus 5 speed in a Plus 2 ?
In my experience , when I fitted the TTR manifold to my S4 Elan it was a very tight fit and a bast**d to fit.
I'd guess when fitting to a Plus 2 you will have more engine bay room.

I fitted one ("fast road") on my '68 Fed s4se: header fits after frame clearance is managed, then I chose to cut and reweld the "Y" piece so that the exhaust would route somewhat around the 5 speed gearbox rather than underneath and improve ground clearance (iirc I found here on the forum the indications for doing so).
