Cylinder hear valve stem seals

just recently acquired a twin cam cylinder head in Italy and discovered when stripping it down that it had some valve stem seals fitted and that the guides had been reworked to fit them.
The head is race prepared and on 45's.
It obvioulsy worked well and wanted to share this with you to hear if anyone else has used them ?

the valve guides are so short in the twink most people do not want to remove any length at all to fit a seal
If bronze guides are put in the tight end of normal you don't lose much that way anyway, at least until the whole thing needs doing again anyway

My last two Twincams have valve seals. My engine machinist is Barry Sales of PHP Race Engines in Wauconda, Illinois. He has been installing them for a number of years on all the Twincams he builds.
