Not sure what you mean by the lower wishbone binding, binding on what? However, I have checked that the joint doesn't run out of movement during full suspension travel and adjusted the angle of the bearing carrier slightly as a result. I THINK that I have covered all of the bases

Steve, what you described re bearing carrier is the binding i referred to i suspect, in our case the caterham trunnion was binding at full droop.
We had solid uprights from US, which are used on early sixties F2 cars, not sure i would run with std uprights with thread machined off as it would be marginal having seen these break on tvr griffith race car in past when using moderm r series tyres

Thanks, V, I am happy with the result so far. Sorting out adjustable anti roll bars for the front and rear now. I will then have as much adjustment as I think I will need
