I've just run through all the options and it seems I'm stuck with the standard ratios. No matter. There's no better way of saving money than having nothing to spend it on.

There are plenty of options for protecting the car from heat. Siting the hot parts somewhere "clever" would be my first choice but I'll only know how possible that is once I've got the car.
