Bonnet release pin (Plus 2s)

Over time I've modified my Plus 2 bonnet in a few areas.
The first mod was to braze a pair of 1/4" UNC nuts an the insides of the steel side strips, to better support the bonnet pivot pin bolts, as the bobbins were getting worn, and also not require the bolts to have lock-nuts in the wheel archs.
Next was to fit a pair of quick-release bonnet pins to comply with competition regulations. This permitted me to discard the rear steel section with the original bonnet catches.
Then I made up a spring-loaded bonnet release pin and bracket which was brazed on to the tubular front bar. This is only required on one side, the opposite pin does not have to be removed. This can be 'cocked' in the release position when refitting the bonnet.
Finally I drilled the threaded bonnet stay pin to take a P- clip, instead of the lock-nut.
The bonnet can now be remove and replaced in seconds
