Lower rear wishbone

Hi all
I am considering doing something unthinkable to my rear suspension that will involve a bespoke pair of lower rear wishbones (possibly uppers too)
In this set up, the solution is not sensitive to bush clearances so I have the choice of using bushes, rose joints or a combination of the two.
The car is likely to run on the road and track - and some of the sprint circuits that I have run on recently are worse than roads - so - current thinking is - use bushes at one end and rose joints at the other. My instinct is to bush the wheel end and rose joint the chassis mount because the bush will absorb most of the shock and protect the inboard rose joint.
Does this logic work or am I missing somethng?
Thanks
Gavin

One day I'll actually finish - completely - one day....

When I changed to solid outer bushes my lap times went down.
I was surprised jot made a difference but I was advised by another Elan racer who had the same experience.
No Breakage or damage resulted from street or track usage ever with slicks.
