Carb set-up - tipo 18 dcoe's

I'm looking for some base settings for some tipo 18 carbs on a slightly breathed on twin cam.
I mention that they are tipo 18 (as opposed to tipo 31's) as i believe the pump jet stroke is shorter on the 18's and this possibly makes a difference if using large chokes as there is less "pump" of fuel to cover the transition stages from one carb circuit to another?
I will be running approx 10.3:1 compression, 1.625" inlet valves, 1.4" valves and L1 cams.
Details of choke sizes, jets and any other settings would be much appreciated.
Cheers.
