Your post is a little difficult to decipher.
As you have posted in the "MODS" section I think more detail is required, we dont even know if it is a Twin Cam engine
You will have to give more information on the hows/when/where/mods/symptoms etc.etc.

How?? - vehicle got off while in slope and was not starting. I had to crank it while vehicle was going down the slope in reverse condition
Symptoms- A sound from the engine side

While trundling backward down a slope, and startling the going motor, the giggling pin will interfere with the johnson rod and spill out all the blinker fluid.

Give us a clue as to your location or original language. The meaning of your text is unclear and sounds like the result of automatic or word-for-word translation. Post in your original language if possible - someone on the forum may understand.
From what you have given, you could be confusing camshaft with crankshaft. Sounds like you tried to 'bump-start' it in reverse gear. Possible crankshaft bolt shear?? Unlikely, but need more accurate info!

Great explanation Roger. I had exactly the same problem with my car. That would be the first place he should start looking, then report back.
