1971 Pinto with Lotus Twin cam and T9 gearbox

I saw this and thought that some of those in the U.S. that have been thinking about the T9 swap with a Pinto 2.0 bellhousing may be interested. I read 1800 pounds without driver I think, It should go nicely with the 4.63 rear axle and the Tony Ingrim built Twink with 181hp and 133lb/ft

This would make the perfect pairing to a Cosworth Vega with a big helping of Speedy-dry on the side

BTW a Fuel cell is a good addition to any Pinto :lol:

I have one - the engine, that is. Bought a wrecked CosVeg car back in the mid-70s and removed the engine. I've had it in storage ever since!! :oops: :oops:
