T5 boxes

Hi to all fellow sufferers!
I noticed the posting by "Bigvalvehead" recently concverning fitting a T5. A friend is slowly building up a S3 and since I already have a T9 conversion in my car he asked me what the possibility was of me altering a box for him.
However, since it seems that a T5 fits in without having to modify the linkage I'd prefer not to get stuck into gearlevers any more so I said I'd find out just what is needed to fit one of these boxes.
"Bigvalvehead" mentioned somebody called Tom who apparently had written detailed instructions and I asked Bigvalvehead for a contact link or similar. I'm not sure however if he got my enquiry as I've not had a reply yet.
Anybody else aware of the article to which he refers?
