Messages sitting in outbox

Hi Brains trust,
If I reply to a mail message on the forum(or compose a new message), it shows “sent” but I notice it is sitting in the outbox.
Is this correct ? It doesn’t seem they are being delivered

maybe the other need have their box with space in it. maybe only 100 message max

which reminds me to copy any important info from elan.net-message to a note

Yes, the message doesn't leave your outbox until the recipient opens the message to read it.
Then the message goes to your "Sent" box
