FOR SALE - New Year bargain - Lotus Elan Plus 2 - Hill climb/race £9500

I have recently bought this very well put together Plus 2 racer as I needed access to a twin cam race engine and race diff. It is a car previously built and run by the Gathercole family and had lots of expensive Tony Thompson parts fitted in 2023 as part of an upgrade programme.

The car is too large for my trailer so I am selling as a ready to race car for 2024, minus the engine and diff.
Spec is very high including close ratio straight cut gearbox, new Tony Thompson parts all round (including rear uprights, drive shafts, dampers and springs). New parts alone in 2023 were £5-6k.

It also has a new seat and belts and fire system, all fitted in 2023.

It comes with 2 sets of wheels (Revolution and Minilite) and Yokohama A048 tyres.

I bagged a bargain with this one so happy to sell at £9500.
