1970 Elan+2S RHD English spec car.

This car was a beautiful home market model in royal blue and original recliner seats. I bought it in December 1984 with a rust seized engine.in a suburb of Philadelphia. I was able to unfreeze the engine over the winter and new pistons and other parts and it went back on the road June 1985, still original paint.

This is a home market car with original Weber head and DCOE-31 carbs, 3 eared Knock-offs on chrome and black wheels in good condition.I have bought a LHD kit including steering rack, pedals in pedal box, dash, to convert the car to LHD .It sustained a parking lot accident damage to nose, October 1986 and I took it off-road while I restored my Eleven and started vintage racing. Further damage sustained to nose while stored in a friends barn in 1998.

My wife is getting concerned I will never get all my projects finished, so I am open to offers on this project. I have started repair to the fiberglass nose damage, I rebuilt the original (2.92 1st) gearbox and the head (original matching numbers) prepped for use on Craig Carr's Elan for 2nd place SCCA autocross championship 1999
