Not sure if this has sold, but a couple of comments.
I am the current owner of another one of Rich Kamp's Lotus's - I have a 70 Elan Plus 2S that was probably sold to one of the same "collectors" after being in his ownership.
I would concur with the comment about "sensible upgrades" and would also comment that his engine work has been a great addition (mine has a 1720cc AX based motor).
Rich has also been a very helpful PO, and has been ready to answer my questions about the Plus 2 (as well as my Seven related questions).
Rich builds fun Lotus's.
