Lotus Elan + 2 1968

This Lotus Elan came out the factory in april 1968. It is a matching numbers car and it is the first to be homologated and the second that had been imported in France by Royal Elys?es Parisian distributor. It's a genuine left hand drive. It has a Lotus Heritage certificate and its homologation sheets. His former owner kept this car during 30 years. It has been totally restored in 2017 and 2018 (Chassis, body, brakes, engine, clutch, radiator, interior?) without saving money and it passed the French technical control (French MOT). I am asking for 29500 ?

The original color of this car is cirrus white. I have prefered the Lotus Elan +2 prototype color which is Glacier Blue.
